求助贴：phd申请如何尽量避开自己的短板？

背景介绍：中流985绩点2.76（嗯太拉了哭泣...），硕士中科院3.77，专业是工程管理（管理学学士+工程学硕士），目前没有文章发表，计划年底毕业，之前有四年的工作经验。想问一下这个背景条件有没有推荐的地区或者够得着的学校可以考虑的？或者这种条件新加坡或者港澳有戏吗？实在不行国内读博有没有好的坑位建议哇？（偏向经济管理学方向的均可）
希望能避开自己的短板，尽量申到条件好的学校，且需要奖学金。

Yes, you really got to the point, and that's where I wondered, business school rankings are more diverse, which also makes me unable to accurately identify many rankings, and it also causes me some confusion in choosing a school

Yes, especially in East Asia, where competition is fierce, not only children but also parents compete in rankings, which I admit is an unhealthy competition, but it will take a long period of systematic evolution.

You are very correct in this question, which means that your education system has instilled in you dialectical thinking, which is a very good mode of thinking. But in China, as you question, meritocracy basically carries through the learning life of a Chinese child, including the whole of East Asia (Japan and Korea are not immune to this meritocracy trap). I hope that I can see a more egalitarian social evaluation through this question, because I have always felt that meritocracy is not a good education model, and I hope to see real education, an education system that breaks people's prejudices can make students think better. That's one of the reasons why I brought up the points of disagreement when I asked this question. Thank you very much for your suggestions and responses, I will consider them carefully.

我没有黑，如果都了解我还来问干嘛，申博士不就是万里长征总得有第一步么。而且你自己点进去这个人的主页，他的回复基本都是这种非常刻薄的语言。挂信息是因为他本来就是公开的，都贴主页里面了，我复制一下就成我的问题了？如果现实里遇到这么尖酸刻薄的博士你会怎么想？在美国读博士就能说话这么难听是吧。他之前回复的贴子都没博主搭理。这种人非得来个人怼一下他才知道什么叫礼貌。别人都尖酸到鼻子眼儿上了还搁这儿装绅士呢？he deserved it！（还有我就是这么个人，对好人说好话对差人说差话，我也是非常希望论坛不要再出现说话如此刻薄的人，也会影响别人提问的热情不是，其他随你怎么说吧。不过你能这么跟帖我相信你是个善良柔软的人，祝你生活开心~）

By the way, the ranking information here regarding Dartmouth and UTD needs to be factchecked.

Dartmouth ranks 300+
UTD ranks 400+
