斯坦福phd如果是美研在读可以waiver语言吗？

如题，考了雅思但没考托福选手，25fall phd申请。看到phd的admission要求是只接受托福成绩，然后“Exemptions to the TOEFL requirement are granted to applicants who have earned a U.S. bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting association in the United States, or the international equivalent degree from a university of recognized standing in a country in which all instruction is provided in English. ”，但申请的时候美硕还没毕业，请问这样能申请吗，还是说得重新考托福？

最好问一下他们的graduate school和项目的coordinator确认一下，有些项目很严格有些就比较随意。。（其实我觉得看你的条件，如果你别的条件都很好，语言就不是非常重要）
