2. C 考点平行
平行元素是by placing the dirty laundry... 可以接by tossing...by letting...或者省略by，tossing...letting
这道题险些被it带偏，意味tossing这块还是说的clothes，但看到了前面的strong cloth bag才惊醒梦中人
还是要读句意
应该选择C，只有C是完全平行的
AB的then没有必要，破坏平行，B的they有指代不清的趋势
D tossing 和and let不平行

3. D 考点比较 grammatical constructions
这道题比较的是简奥斯丁的影响在American literature的影响vs.在JFC小说里的影响
因此应该选择带in的选项
A 比较的是JFC的小说和影响 错误 so...as表转折 用在这里也不太对
B so...than比较型不对，in early American literature misplaced了
C 整个句子的表达awkward，more as比较结构错误，in early American literature还是misplaced
E had an influence改变句意，变成了有没有影响，但原句说的是影响大不大，没有In比较对象不对等


4. 错选B 考点grammatical construction
and后面要接完整句，接with是错误的，因此排掉A
DE and前面不是完整句，没有谓语排除
C的consider as累赘 逻辑上把has 60 square miles和consider并列，逻辑上不优

5. D 考点固定搭配 logical prediction
这里有一个固定搭配型是so...that...
A的and so then...表达有点啰嗦
B 用and连接表并列是不合理的，一个是因一个是果不可以用并列
C who后面接的do not have to rely...整个逻辑意思混乱

6. A考点比较 grammatical construction 主谓一致
主语是striking differences，但比较对象是semantic organizaiton，因此比较型里要用that，而后面主句的动词要用have
