What do your School expect from a PhD student, in terms of characteristics, skills and etc?

Own idea and passion（非常重视own research idea）

几个教授都很沉稳，从他们的脸上很难看出来对我的评价是怎样的。
个人心得就是
1要准备好cv里每个项目的介绍
2自己感兴趣的topic和idea
3多说细节，让对方相信你真的很感兴趣
