第一题：

ADE中我觉得 "that of other" 是不对的，句子想表达的就是“在房地产投资”和“其他投资”的收益情况。that of other指代investment和后面的classess of investments 重复了。
C用的是when comparing it with other ....  一般来说比较对象compare to / compare with 都是要用被动的。"compared to" , "compared with"在G中更常见

第一题我觉得是指代的问题，可以轻松删去ade，bc对比c的it指代不明

第二题我觉得是考察比较对象的问题，A选项比较的是Internet，B选项比较的是两件事情
