Yes, most top schools are looking for 3-5 years of experience upon matriculation, which you’ll have if you apply this year for a 2020 start date! In terms of which schools to apply to, you want to aim for schools where you hit (or ideally exceed) the average GMAT & average undergrad GPA. And of course it’s not just about scores. The adcom will also want to see strong accomplishments from your work experience (with recommenders who will vouch for you), some strong post-grad goals, and a clear argument for the skill gaps you need to fill in order to achieve those goals.
