GMAT 710 申请疑问

新人首贴， 希望论坛各位学霸指点指点

本人刚一战GMAT 710 （Q 48，V39 忘记了...），本科GPA3.5，目前在海外四大审计混。准备2019年intake， target的学校是前十到前十二 （Columbia，NYU Stern，Chicago，etc），当然越好的越好。

考完查查学校的class profile， average GPA 都很高啊到730。大家觉得要再战吗？需要取消这次的成绩吗？

Thanks buddy! I think 730 is also good enough just because there's others to focus on! Best of luck on ur application!

#21回答的还挺中肯的。如果软件也不是很出彩的话，CBS的ED可以试一下。分数目前是有余力就考，730不算硬伤了。另外如果你是女生机会多一些。

1、710这个成绩不建议取消
2、有时间就再考
3、四大这个pool太大了，竞争激烈
4、你的本科学校，性别都不清楚，再详尽的分析就比较难做了

Good enough. A higher score, i.e., 750, may be helpful in negotiating scholarship, but it's not a differentiator getting you offer. So focus on the rest parts of your package, or try to beat GMAT one more time if you believe you have yet to get your best.

Thanks for the advise. Actually I retook GMAT and did have some improvement. 730 now (V40 Q50) - would you think that's a nice score with my experiences?

For prospective students from Big 4, 710 is not good enough because you are in intensely competitive pool. If your track record is better than your Big 4 peers and has outstanding life stories, you probably could stand out with this score, and S16 worth trying. But why not try to improve the easiest part of your package, GMAT.
