尝试一下，but表示转折，前半句说greenhouse effects focus on blablabla..., but those effects are what are the most obvious effects. B选项中， 后半句更像是递进和强调，而非转折关系。

A的those没有指代，定语的先行词，曼哈顿里有讲，those在有限定的情况下，可以裸奔。

另外，B提出来主谓宾是，effects are the most effects，emm，不能算是说废话吧，也几乎差不多？
