真的绝望纠结，帮选ubc 还是 ivey

我毕业于university of Alberta. Gpa是渣子
Gmat 710
银行工作两年半 保险一年

决定读mba转consulting.

Ubc 和西安大略的ivey 两个到底该选哪个
Ubc学费55000. Ivey九万 但一个温哥华一个安大略 毕业就去多伦多
我可能毕业先在加拿大工作一段时间再考虑回国.

Ubc 12+4个月实习 但是实习在中间 所以不可能转permanent position.
Ivey没有实习

还有国内咨询这两个到底哪个更合适，国内的咨询人资会知道ivey是案例教学加拿大最厉害的consulting mba吗

UBC Bcomm graduate here. Highly recommend Ivey...Career service in Sauder is not as good as Ivey ones and the internship opportunity you can get in UBC won't be too impressive, highly depends on your previous experiences. (At work, can't type Chinese)

Hi Jon,

I did have spoken to students from both schools. The consensus is that IVEY is better for consulting but without internship and UBC has an internship but low placements in consulting. I will not be able to get in M7 or S16 with a GMAT 710 and 2.6GPA in last two years.

说实话 MBB对我来说跟tier 2 没区别 其实德勤啊 埃森哲之类的也可以

Hey there,
Well really both choices seem good, and you need to take into consideration the school ranking, how easily you will be able to get a job, but of course money is an issue as well. Ivey does have a better name, and actually to answer the question of whether that better name is worth t, is up to you. I would suggest talking with as many people from BOTH schools before you make your decision, especially people with similar profiles and/or backgrounds as you, focusing on what their job opportunities were like. This will be the most valuable information for you moving forward.
