平行中的时态问题～～求指点----（已解决）

prep里的一道题，平行结构很清晰，意思也简单，但是lz还是二选一错了
原句划线部分就是正确选项，和前面的has added ／后面的 have increased 平行的很完美
但是！！
想请教一下
在平行中，动词的时态时一定要完全平行吗？lz记得ron说过，and并列句子时，句子中的两件事情，是完全独立的两件事，所以时态时可以不一样的，那么选第二个选项错的原因是因为不表持续性？？

如题，在这道题目中，用平行考点来判断的话只要element对等，就是正确的时态选择 present perfect 一方面是语义，当然语义最重要～
另一方面是，rule中的第二条，时态能保持一致尽量保持一致，除非要突出两个动作明确的发生时间点不同。
