第一个问题是：A中用ing表补充和C中and平行哪个更符合逻辑？
第二个问题是：请问C中的反身代词themselves的正确用法是什么？

OG中的解释为：
C The pronoun themselves is used incorrectly,
and its intended function is unclear.
Normally, themselves would be either
reflexive or emphatic, but in this case it
cannot reasonably be taken in either of
those ways. This nonstandard use of the
pronoun makes it unclear whether to
themselves is supposed to modify pick or most
important of them.

GAMTCLUB中tutor的解释为：
"Themselves" is a reflexive pronoun. Correct uses of reflexive pronouns:

Mike was proud of himself when he successfully surfed a 25-foot wave.
Bogdan and Souvik admired themselves in the mirror after crushing the GMAT.

But I don't think we can justify using "themselves" in the original sentence. Employees can pick the benefits that are most important to them -- but there's no need for the reflexive "themselves." (And for whatever it's worth: I can't think of another official GMAT question that draws any sort of distinction between reflexive and non-reflexive pronouns.)

Ron说过：.and和comma + v-ing修饰的区别在于，and所连接的两个动词之间是完全没有联系的，所以两个动词发生的时间不会有重合，comma+v-ing形式则会有时间上的重合。这里offer和let sb pick这两个动作是存在重合的，只有提供的同时才可以选择。

顺便问一嘴，C选项的themselves到底哪里错了呢？反身代词不是有三种用法么，可以指代宾语。"[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8)]I wish I could hear Beethoven himself play this music"但是为什么楼上的NN说只能指代主语呢？

提供一下自己的观点，因为之前一直也都不懂，今天豁然开朗，
本题考查了三个知识点，结构、指代和反身代词的用法，当然这一切都建立在语义的基础之上，
从结构上可以排除D和E；指代上the most important 是模糊的，什么最重要的？是benefits，排除C
接下来重点来了，我们是怎么定义这个重要性的？对你重要的事情对我会重要吗？不知道。 那这个the most important 在这个context下是怎么定义？当然是对员工们重要啦！所以是the most important to them, 再完整一点就是 The benefits are important to them. 一般我们当然不会说 The benefits are important to themselves. 这也就是答案解释中一直说反身代词有两个作用1.强调 2.反身（就是主语和宾语相同），但是在这里没有用任何一种用法的原因。
在结合句意，公司们提供了更多选项，是为了强调员工们可以自己选？还是强调员工们可以选对自己重要的？答案是后者，所以排除B，选A

只有表示主语对自己实施某个动作时，宾语才用反身代词。否则，一个句子里某名词既做主语又做宾语/状语，宾语/状语用代词而不是反身代词。
Wrong: The employees pick the most important one to themselves.
Right: The employees pick the most important one to them.
不是The employees pick employees themsleves，而是pick sth important to them"
