arguing 的话修饰的就是作者而不是这本书了，这里明显是这本书在argue

句末逗号+arguing只能作为伴随或结果状语来理解，如果没逗号的话，也应该是就近修饰，应该不能修饰到前面那个人吧

虽然从语法角度上讲感觉B没啥问题，arguing 虽然不能表示结果，但是也可以理解为修饰那个人啊，但是后面的 in a treatise 好像就变得和前面Discourse on Women 不是一个东西了，所以觉得E更好吧。
