楼主看了半天也没明白。122 题 D选项的说 who 错误的修饰了countries, 所以排除。然而在127题里，答案是E， 又说who不是修饰US，修饰的是students没毛病。

为什么122 题里who 不能修饰elderly people 但 127 里who就能掠过US修饰student？？？ 真心求大神解答

不知道你引用的解释是什么？Prep应该没有OE吧。

回到你的问题，Who只能指代人，这里两题中Who的指代都没什么歧义。

122题D选项的错误在于that引导的从句没有Verb，所以不是完整的从句。
127题考察的是平行，E选项的平行关系非常完美，应该是很明显的。
