如果读完打包回国，选东北的MSF还是加拿大麦马MF？

诚心求教！

东北听说人多 国内名气大  而且地点好 至少能参加到宣讲会  但是价格贵点生活费不便宜麦马综排世界前百 虽说工科学校商院finance没开几年  但是学费还好 现在加币比美元能便宜30%

请问大家推荐选哪个呢？在此谢过！

想问一下楼主左后去了哪里呢？我现在拿到这两个offer， 在纠结

yes, they have a MSF as far as I remember, the university of spoil children lol..........

that why I say both of them are marginal, but they are also both marginal....i.e. some will feel ok, some not.

and if you just want a name from Columbia, why not just get a online degree from CVN (e.g. operation method with method in finance)?

USC 南加州大学？ 美国的那个？BC 貌似好像。。。。国内名气不大 特别是券商。。。但是 USC 还好吧。。。要不申个哥大的AA吧 国内券商都分不清哪个学院的。。。

What I wanna say is indeed: those Canadian school (except Toronto, maybe Ivey too) are only well respected, and have advantage in the Canadian job market, but not anywhere else, i.e. I doubt if Smith or especially Schulich worth investment for your case or not at all.

and the reality is.......you wont study again most likely. Cost and time is way too high.

and given that you are planning to go back China afterwards, I guess you may be interested in some other schools in APAC too, e.g. those in HK, SG, or China.

and I guess the list of "MSF项目时间短但是听上去还不错的学校" is a rather short one......i.e. just apply to all those. Safety school need to be something useful at least.
I am not sure things like BC, or USC counts or not even......(I guess marginal)

so true 加拿大的top4出来在bay street还是蛮容易找工作的  
主要是觉得现在申不到好的MBA 主要问题是因为一些私事需要尽早回国  所以也没时间再熬几年了
不是理工科背景也不想申STEM的项目  所以觉得只能先去读个MSF然后回国做看
那么问题就简化成现有情况下需要选一个项目时间短但是听上去还不错的学校  MBA只能以后再考虑了

I guess the later two in your Canadian list is also...well, I would say they are good and well-respected locally (Ontario, Canada), and that's all.

and I guess there are not much Risk Management master at all too.
Technically, risk management just take people from MFE (or accounting and law for compliance and legal audit related side). A master focus on risk alone is not common......

while talking about "一年能学个什么呢"......it really depends on what you study indeed.
if one go for a really technical and practical master (and has the adequate background), one can learn a lot indeed. But for sure I am not talking about business and finance for this example.

and if you plan to use it for 装门面...well, it makes prefect sense indeed, and that's what MBA for.
Networking, a master title, some soft skills, thats it. That's what American believe that one may do after some adequate working experience...

能夠理解, 不過就算是補底也好, 總得找家回國別人(行業中人)會認識的學校才行.

加拿大top 4? umum.....第四的是甚麼?
美國top 30.......seriously, US top 30 的 business school有MSF的夠不夠5家? (應該差不多就是這個數..)

說到底, 就是北美, 尤其是美國, 根本不流行, 也不甚value MSF這個玩意............
