个人理解，希望有帮助。这两个句子没有冲突哈，楼主给出的OG的解释都遵从了一样的逻辑，个人感觉第二道解释的更完整。

第一道，little water or services exist，little不能修饰可数名词services，few才可以，那么little就只修饰water。但是根据句意，这里想表达的是这个地方water和service都很少。or并列了water和services，都是exist的主语，但是单复数不同，所以exist和exists都不对，都会和其中一个主语主谓不一致。因此AB排除，D同理排除。C中，主语是few services AND little water，为复数，谓语动词exist根据主谓一致应该也要复数，所以C排除。就剩下E了。E中，主谓一致，形容词搭配恰当，所以正确。
