请教一个语法小问题

曼哈顿SC第51页 问题7:

Just around the corner is a fantastic ......(后面省略） 。为什么 around the corner + Be 动词+ sth.  可以构成一个独立的句子？ 主系表结构不是只有 There Be 结构吗？  还是我理解错误，"around the corner" 可以替换 "there" ?

这是一种verb在subject前的结构，我觉得楼主不必纠结于什么主系表结构，there be句型之类的，通过语义理解就好啦。
重点通过语义合理的角度理解，当verb前面（1）有词可以做verb的主语时，则就是常见的subject+verb结构
                                                                  （2）没有词可以做subject时，那么就是verb+subject结构，主语在后面。
这种理解对判断这种句式下verb的单复数很有效。
RON举过几个例子：
On the stage ARE Prof A, who recently won a Nobel Prize, and Prof B
On the stage IS Prof B, along with Prof X,who recently won a Nobel Prize
