关于which的修饰问题

这样的形式，which真的只能形容紧贴着逗号前面的那个名词吗？

in an individual 是修饰emotional reactions的，其中心词是reactions，根据从句意思可以判断该句用以修饰中心词。SVO,which...which紧挨修饰O，但当O为复杂修饰时，根据从句句意判断究竟是修饰O的中心词还是O的后缀修饰。共同学习啦
