感谢大家帮我定位：工作9年，G670，正在刷T

民营通信企业F500工作九年，先后常驻欧洲和拉美4个国家帮助公司拓展海外业务。岗位/收入虽然步步提升，但感觉自己的视野和方向慢慢的被束缚住了，这不仅指的是岗位，也有行业方面的考虑。我更向往有一个之字形的发展，对公司的运营有一个全面的理解并能游刃有余。这对后续的职业发展，甚至自主创业都有好处。因此，冒着风险也决定加入申请大军。

前段时间G一考670，虽然分数很不理想，但当初也没有给自己定位M7的学校，一是因为这些学校的定位和我自身的定位不符，二是被南部德州的经济状况和生活环境吸引，所以锁定了UT的几个学校区，RICE以及休斯顿。目前正在准备T，目标110+，主要为了证实下G670并不代表自己的真实水平。
同时，迫于第二轮截至的紧迫性，也在筹备申请的材料。期望能认识些志同道合的朋友，相互帮助指导！

u r right, it comes to the crunch. I've been working on both GMAT and application in the past weeks. It was tough indeed. And of cuz, I put several other schools, distributed among top 40, to my list as you suggest previously.

I have to say the procedure of preparing the application is a retrospect of the past accomplishment and a outlook of career planning, as challenging as the GMAT. The CV exemplifies it, since the ten-year experience has to be perfectly demonstrated in hundred words. May need ur specific advice soon.

现在最大的问题还是时间紧迫。截至日期前刷出个满意的GMAT分数还要同步准备申请，确实有些吃力。

Well your GMAT is good enough for Rice and Huston, so if that is your target, you shouldn’t worry too much. Although my personal suggestion would be that you add another school or three to your list to make things balanced out. The biggest issue is the time crunch. Cause we are in November and you only have two months to do your applications!!! So you better get started soon!

从华为中兴通过bschool去Consulting可以行得通，不过基于lz的career goal个人建议lz还是得focus在Top15的学校，原因是Top15的学校会显著帮到lz实现career goal，祝好！
