Congratulations to your offer! Great program for sure. Both Andrea Morales and Naomi Mandel are fabulous researchers and advisors. I submitted a special session together with Adriana Samper and feel that she is also super nice to work with. ASU has a strong social psych department, which is another plus.
1. They have a strong BDT group.
2. They have a very good behavioral lab.
3. They appear to have a strong preference for native applicants because their quant track is filled up with Chinese students.
4.They regularly kicked out students.

CU-Boulder: very competitive. You could try but honestly I think it's hard to get it.
GaTech: not a typical CB program. But Samuel Bond is a good advisor if you're interested in WOM research. A student there just transferred to VT.
Emory: it's a quant only program.
Penn State: solid program with a few Chinese students.
Rajesh Bagchi at VT is a great advisor. I could tell when I met him in the conference. Mario Pandelaere who just came to VT should be another good senior person to work with. In my view, VT is good enough and no worse than the programs you mentioned above. There are definitely schools with stronger "brand" and reputation. But what matter most is whether you could find a good advisor there, and it's actually not easy to find one. Good luck
