这题的答案是选E啦，我的疑惑可能也很简单，就是 that were cut 变成了 cut这个问题，我记得如果把从句变成分词的话，分词的时态就要变成主句的时态了吧，原来的that were cut表示过去时，现在直接用cut不是应该缺少了过去时态了吗，毕竟主句是现在完成时啊，请NN赐教

不一樣的，你說的應該是comma+ing 的用法，這時候分詞若是修飾主句的，默認跟主句時態一致

本題中的cut短語是修飾就近名詞的修飾語，跟主句沒有關係，哪怕去掉也不影響句子的主要意思，跟前者用法不同
