为什么需要用have increased? 题目中只是说during the first three months of this year，没有标明现在第几个月，也并没有表示持续到现在或者对现在仍有影响
另外D选项哪里错了？

从句意上看 increase 需要修饰profits ，而with 一般修饰前面整个句子 。 单单修饰一个名词的话 ，明显which 从句更好 。 个人理解~~

刚刚搜到曼哈顿论坛上Ron的解释：
1. increased和have increased这里都可以，需要根据其它更多的信息来确定
2. 逗号+介词短语，这里也就是with所引导的介词短语一般修饰前面一整句句子，所以这里不能用with……

个人意见：
用have的原因是，语意侧重于造成的结果。在前三个就已经增长了这么多。
with两种用法 1、表原因，这里明显不对     2、伴随独立主格  ，也不是伴随的一种状态。做为伴随，通常是和前面主句动词一起的动作。这里也不太合适。
