33. The Wallerstein study indicates that even after a
decade young men and women still experience some
of the effects of a divorce occurring when a child.
(A) occurring when a child
(B) occurring when children
(C) that occurred when a child
(D) that occurred when they were children
(E) that has occurred as each was a child
E Each does not agree with men and women; has occurred is not the correct verb tense.
each为什么不能指men and women?
比如D选项中divorce occurred 和 they were children是同时发生的。
如果先用each was a child,再用divorce has occurred,那么这两个动作就有时间上的先后顺序了。was a child在前,divorce has occurred在后,逻辑上似乎不对。
Aproposal has been made to trim the horns from rhinoceroses to discourage poachers; the question iswhether tourists will continue to visit game parks to see rhinoceroses once the animals' horns have been trimmed.
as表示当...
