most seniors and alumni from China are willing to help, when I was a junior student, my seniors did a very good job , in terms of guilding and helping us,  good role models !

for you, be a supportive & helpful person. the relationship btw you and your mba mates or alumini is a long term one. Don't do something, which can potentially damage your reputation

请问LZ，大陆背景的NUS毕业生，看起来回国的比例还是不小的。是不是他们就没办法在新加坡找到工作？还是说他们中大部分如果铁了心想在新加坡找份工作还是可以找到的，只不过跟大陆提供的工作相比，大陆工作更好，所有就回去了？
如果大陆背景的学生铁了心想留在新加坡，是不是部分人也不能找到份像样的工作，而最后留不下了？

这倒是真的。已经被拒了几次，后面再申意义也不大。不过始终要边工作边申请啊。要是辞职了，就更没希望了。

PR 的政策已经变化很多了, 跟是不是SM2 or 3 已经关系不大了. 底线上升了很多, 所以我有种感觉是 我们回复的这位同学 即使继续工作 继续申请pr也可能拿不到. 不知道反复申请会不会有不好的影响.

Hi jeff, thank you very much for your reply.

I am also working in a company just beside Micron, as you mentioned, people may find a narrow career path after entering this industry, here we have two choices:
1. some people would continue to work in same company and climb up the promotion ladder, normally, an engineer can be promoted to technical management position provided that job performance is excellent.
2. the other people will consider to study for MBA or Master of Finance to switch career.

Dear xiaoyongnao, thanks so much for your reply, your reply is so helpful that I do not know how to express my appreciation to you.
1. I will continue to work until I get my PR.
2. Yes, I agree with you, I may confront the questions from interviewer and some financial problem if I quit my full time job.
3. you are right here, many SM2&3 students, including part of MSc&PhD students,  are also taking this way to switch career path to business/management positions.
