That means decline in local sale of recorded music never means that people who live in this area put less interest in music. If specific evidence shows that people here still would like to listen to music, this argument is likely to be weaken.



To sum up, this argument misses a number of specific evidence.Without the help of those evidences, we could never say coherently that the decision of the manager could enhance the number of the audience of WWAC.Actually, this argument is less convincing.
