大家的optional essay都写些什么呢？

Applicants are not required to submit a third essay. The optional essay provides you the opportunity to share any additional information you would like the Admissions Committee to consider. Other topics may include special academic efforts, interests or accomplishments, or any difficulties you have encountered that should be known to ensure a fair evaluation of your application.
本来想写写自己的生活和爱好啥的，感觉又没太大必要。童鞋们遇到optional essay都写不写呢？各位觉得哪些值得拿出来写呢？
