iBT test not scorable - Need urgent help

iBT test not scorable?

I took the iBT test on May 16, and checked the score just now, it's still not available.

so, I called the ETS center and was told my test is not scorable.

I have to send the score to college this week. Any solution to get my score? Such as check the test center toefl test database? or talk with the high-level supervisor in ETS?

Anybody had this situation before? please give me a solution! thanks in advance.
