UPS？WUSTL院长跟招生办的人说免掉我的申请费，在我已经交过之后，然后招生办的同志就说他们正在研究怎么还我那100美元，1个多月过去了，看来这个问题技术含量相当高，他们还要慢慢继续钻研。。。
