UIUC的MSF,需要交"Certificate of Enrollment"?具体怎么办？

今天收到UIUC的email：

Congratulations on your admission to the ILLINOIS MSF. We are anxious to finalize your formal admission documents and provide you with your I20. Before we can request your documents from our Admissions Office you must provide the following:

1. The University requires an official "Certificate of Enrollment" from students from China. This is typically included with the transcripts and Certificate of Diploma. Would you please request the Registrar to send a Certificate of Enrollment to the address below:

Certificate of Enrollment 是指原来大学的录取通知书吗？一般找谁办理？Registrar是指？

不是拉,如果你有学位就把学位证书复印给他,如果没有就是在读证明,registra就是去你们学校的学生处或者教务处敲个章,that's it

我有交学位证明的英译件啊，盖了章的。楼上的意思是将学位证书原件（中文）复印，然后去盖章？

恩?那很奇怪啊,我当时交的是official undergraduate transcripts , degree certificate, 和graduation certificate  ,degree certificate是中英文在一张纸上的,敲好章,他们没有问我要其他东西啊....或者你发个mail问清楚先.....

我也是发这三样啊。不过degree certificate只有英文，没有中文，可能是这出问题了吧。

但我大学还没毕业，要７月才能拿到学位证书．没有学位证书不知道他们给不给我入学．．．

卡卡西，不可以延期的，我已经发邮件问了！

但不知证书等毕业证明可否晚一点提供，比如到过后寄过来？
