I'd also like to share my experience in CKGSB interview. I took the interview before CKGSB's new policy in May,  the current interview process should have been simplified.

1.First Interview: Face to face interview, Group dicsussion)

Face to face interview(2 professors and 1 admission officer, took about 40minutes, ) they asked questions based on my applicaion materials and essays, in a friendly way.

压力感觉：轻松

-Group discussion:  6persons in one group. We were given only 10minutes to finish a long case(more than 10pages), and then discussed several questions based on that case. We were given total 60min. to do discussion(first 30minutes in English and the other 30minutes in Chinese), so it means CKGSB evaluate your ability to express your ideas in both English and Chinese. As later I understood, Reading a long case in a short time is a basic requirement during MBA study and later in real business.

压力感觉：有点压力

2. Second interview: Industry Presentation

Indsutry presentaion evaluates your presentaion skills and your understanding of some industry. It was arranged 2weeks later,  I was given 15minutes to do presentation and then answered questions from the professor and admission officer.

压力感觉：比较大

3. Scorlarship Applcation interview:

CKGSB offers various types of schorlarship, The admitted candidates can apply for two kinds of schorlarships.  One Academic director, MBA program director and one people from Li Ka-Shing fund interviewed me, their questions are all very tough: such as "why you think you are most excellent among the candidates? "  

压力感觉：很大

The whole procedure took a long time, really tiring, which may scare applicants away. Fortunately they have simplified. But after all these steps, I came to see myself more clearly, where are my strong and weak points.

My conculsion is that through the application procedures I have already learned a lot. And it has already changed my view upon life from passave to active. So I can expect more after the MBA study.

QQ,拿到全奖了吗？

我和QQli有类似的感受，整个面视下来对自己认识更清晰了，无论从职业发展还是自己的个人特点。长江面视很严格，但这种严格是很有好处的。而且，招生人员非常负责，我开始是被放在Wait List上了，到录取，前后一共与面试人员通过不同形式反复沟通不下十次，他们关心到与我今后发展有关的每一个细节，我都很感动。虽然当时觉得没什么希望，但感到经历这样一次也值得。

从现在的MBA同学来看,大多是很优秀的，每个人都有自己闪光的地方。虽然人少，但大家很友好，包括与上届MBA及各级EMBA的关系都比较融洽，象个大家庭一样，这种感觉挺好的。

没有啊，不服不行，不知道哪位拿了全奖。我也很希望拿了全奖的同学把体会写出来分享一下，别一个人拿了全奖在那关于起门来自个乐，那他(她）就不配拿全奖。当然可能拿了全奖的根本不知道有CD这个地方，那就不能怪他（她）了。

这是我当时的面试，现在的流程已经不是这样了，现在的申请者不要误会。现在面试只用一轮就可以了。
