Hate to admit that MIT and Harvard are indeed better than Chicago, especially in terms of placement. Chicago is more of a free market style, so the placement fluctuates a lot. But it is still Chicago. It remains to be the best place in my heart. And things change. For example, the high attrition rate of Chicago Econ is no longer true. Who knows what the landscape will be when you apply? Starting with a high goal is a good thing in my opinion. It gives you strength. Man, I still admire the courage. Can't help replying to your post again. Best of luck. |
