美本MSA项目求定位

本科：美国一tire 3大学，2年半完成学业
GPA：3.85
GMAT：690
工作经验：在local一家industry实习4个月；回国再保险公司做资金管理大半年，小有成就；之后再一家公司接近于financial analysis & planning的工作。
其他经验： 报税志愿者4个月
校园活动：中国学生会副主席1年，期间策划2个比较大的活动
推荐信：2个大学教授+一个实习上司，都应该能给我写一个不错的RL吧

准备申请2013 FALL入学，到那时估计有2年的工作经验了。
目标的学校相对比较多，准备申请8-10家，现在比较确认的有：
william and mary
UVA
Viginia Tech
UND
OSU
U of Wahsington
Northern Illinois U

考虑到读研的经费有限，只能选择学费相对比较低或者是能提供奖学金的学校。
请各位大牛帮我分析下，我的情况如何，能否达到我的目标，谢谢。

[Hello there--congrats on the very high GPA by the way, and some nice experience!  I only wish you had a touch more international experience.  Then your profile would be VERY strong!  But you are still in great shape.  Now, let's get down to business.  All of your schools are very good, but you didnt mention what kind of program you wanted to apply to.  If it is an MBA program, UVA will of course be quite difficult to ge into.  But the other programs are very good of course.  Northern Illinois is going to be VERY safe for you--why not try for a school that is a bit higher in the rankings?  Even UIUC would be a good fit, and as you likely know they looove Chinese students!  : )  I would also consider programs like UNC, since given your background you can get in...and the reputation is much stronger.  Hope this helps, and good luck!
