。。。heat keeps what。。。是主要结构，其他都是修饰成分。

但我还有一点疑问，在11中，As sweetenners，做什么成分？据我理解它指的是honey and sucrose，但它放在句首，岂不是使的它和 there is 主谓不一致了吗？

还有，最后那个句中“what would otherwise be ice melted ”怎么理解？heat 到底是keeps... ice melted 还是没有melted?

望不吝赐教

这里的意思是如果没有...keeps,那么它就会被融化到表面。

what=the thing that ,同时做keeps 的宾语，和定语从句的主语

As sweetenners，做什么成分？据我理解它指的是honey and sucrose，但它放在句首，岂不是使的它和 there is 主谓不一致了吗？
