第二段感觉比较杂乱，每一段质疑的时候攻其一点就好，不必罗列很多的可能性，重在分析题目的依据是如何不靠谱。
再就是在argument中不要再引入其他信息，比如第四段中你提到石油不安全，这是不必要的，也是武断的，只需质疑石油是否会继续作为供热燃料
再就是文中在适当位置要对iinstruction有所回应
