Speaker简介：

Dr. Amy Zeng and Arden Sonnenberg

Dr. Amy Zeng is currently a Full Professor, Assistant Dean and Director of Operations and Industrial Engineering Program at the Foisie School of Business in Worcester, Massachusetts. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Washington, and a B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Her research interests center on coordination mechanisms and decision-making under risk in supply chain and logistics processes in various industry sectors. Dr. Zeng has published over ninety articles in academic journals, conference proceedings and books, delivered nearly hundred speeches at a wide range of occasions, and led numerous research and teaching innovation projects. Dr. Zeng has consulted companies with respect to global supply chain and logistics management, lean principles implementation, and inventory and materials management.
