Among BusinessWeek's top-10 MBA
programs for the eighth time is Columbia University's business school.
It's becoming increasingly selective, accepting just 15% of its
applicants to the class of 2005. So, if you want to snag a seat at
Columbia, you don't want to miss this event. In a live chat on Thursday, Dec. 2, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (EST),
we're heading straight to the source: Linda B. Meehan, assistant dean
and executive director of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid at Columbia Business School. She'll take your questions and offer advice on everything from GMAT scores to essays.
Before arriving at Columbia University, Meehan managed a hardware
business. In 1989, she began her tenure with Columbia University first
in admissions at the Fu School for Engineering and then in
undergraduate admissions.he joined the business school in 1993 and was
promoted to associate dean in 1995.
