Cornell (Johnson) MBA R3 迟来的面经

春节前面试的，后来生病了，后来过春节，忘记写面经了，不好意思。

是在上海半岛酒店面试的，我应该是当年最后一个面试者，因为面试官Ann Richards说面完我她就要check out飞往北京继续面试了。我还看到了我之前那个面试者的背影（10：30-11：00的那位哥哥）。

主要问题如下：
1. Why Cornell, why MBA;

2. Tell me about your job (my work nature is a bit mysterious to some outsiders);

3. What is the biggest motivation;

4. Biggest challenge;

5. Why you choose your current job? I told her it was "an lovely accident", then she laughed and questioned about my decision making because it seemed that I adapted myself to my current job. She asked if I could make this decision again, would there be any difference? I explained that MBA application was a self-reflection process, when I was a fresh graduate 5 years ago, I was a bit blind. But now, after years of work, I got to know what I wanted to pursue.

大致就是这些问题，基本上就是聊天，然后看聊到哪里，有什么问题值得深入探究。我也没有很刻意的去准备，基本上就是be myself。Ann是一个胖胖的，典型的很友好的美国中年妇女，但是应该是很资深的interviewer，应该会知道我是否适合他们学校的MBA Program。
