The Admissions Committee reviews applications after all supporting materials are received and verified.

前后不大一致，既然像邮件那样要求了，为什么还要申请者在申请时上传unofficial的东西？现在寄ibt哪还来得及？我KAO！

又不能放弃申请这个学校，申请费都交了
