翻阅旧帖发现了三种解释。

（1）worth是形容词修饰。修饰goods。

（2）（E）选项中省略了that are。goods后是定语从句。可是定语从句中的that不是只有做宾语的时候可以省略吗？如果按照大全的注解这里是定语从句。那为什么可以省略呢？

（3)mindfree的总结里 worth在这里是介词。

不同的字典上對worth有不同的definition: 有prepositon, 有adjective, 有noun
反正知道worth的usage就好.
"可是定语从句中的that不是只有做宾语的时候可以省略吗？"<--no, 所有的省略只要清楚,沒有歧異就okay ;-)
