The requirement of a test of academic English is satisfied when the applicant produces official scores from either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or, in early 2007, the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test.

不会是说只接受2007年初考及以后考得IELTS成绩吧？我查到2007，3月以后的成绩可以寄送电子成绩单学校也要求寄送电子的不会那之前的IELTS就无效了吧
