我是用电话送的分,不是人工的.打完电话怎么确认是不是送到了?网上经常看见有人说被deline了,是怎么知道的?

Check the application status on the website of school, or ask the admission staffs whether your score report arrives. Also, you'll receive a service report from ETS informing you that your score report has been sent, however, usually after a long time...

In most cases, ETS will notify you if your credit card is declined.

ETS will sent you a PAPER mail notifying you about that.

You'll be charged in your credit card 1-10 days after your call. You might be declined if more than 10 days pass before you're charged.
