谁能帮我翻译一下这个句子？另外11.15和2.1是它的两个批次截止日么？

Admissions decisions are made on a continuous basis throughout the year upon completion of a candidate's application file.

以前听说一般的商学院都是分批次招收学生。这里所说的on a continuous basis 是不是说他们是滚动着招生没有批次之分？那上面两个日期是什么意思？

R1 applications are due 11/15 and they will let you know if you got in or not by 1/15.  R2 ones are due 2/1 and they will let you know by 3/15.

That means once they finish reviewing your application (anytime between 11/15 - 1/15 for R1 and 2/1 - 3/15), they will send you their decision, instead of waiting until 1/15 or 3/15 and send out all the notifications together.
