求各位大牛提供建议！！

各位大牛好，小弟北京211财经院校，金融学+信息管理专业，现在拿到Commerzbank Corporate Sales的offer，就放弃出国决定先工作了，目前决定先工作3年左右后去读MBA，但是看到版上很多大牛都是本科+海硕+工作经验然后才去MBA的，请问大家海外研究生会对MBA的申请提供很大的帮助吗？另外一点比较困惑未来的职业发展方向，如果现在做Sales之后的职业发展是怎样的呢？有没有可能转到其他line上？谢谢各位大牛啦！

Don't worry about anything!!!!
Having  a professional Masters is far less helpful than having a great career, if you are aiming for an MBA. You do not need a Masters to get into a great MBA, what you need is an amazing work experience, and an excellent GMAT. So go do your job, do it well, get promoted, get managerial responsibilities over the next three or four years, take your GMAT early, and you will be fine!
