March 5th Update: Cornell Interview, lasted almost an hour via Skype.

3. why MBA, why Now?
4. why Cornell
5. how to handle conflicts?
6. tell me a chanllenge situation at work and how did you solve that problem
7. leadership experience, professionally and personally, how to lead, how to motivate and how to complete objectives under pressure.
8. any community involvement? (must be non-work related)
9. contributions to cornell community, which clubs do you see youself going to and why?
10. carrer goal, very detailed question: which industry? what companies? what have you done to get ready? Did you speak to anyone in the industry to get an idea of what it's like? Where do you see yourself working in the short/long term in this industry? Plans to do this in the US/Canada/China/elsewhere? Why such a career goal? I think we spent like a good 10 mins on this question.
11.question period
Kellogg Interview with Alumni:
1. Tell me about you, what kind of person you are.
2. Walk through your resume, starting from undergraduate days, why this major
3. Each job experience, a few questions here and there about each job
4. Short term and long term goal, why MBA? Why Now and Why Kellogg?
5. If MBA doesn't work out, what is your plan B?
6. A few words your friends/colleague would describe you?
7. Your own strength and weakness?
8. How do you plan to integrate/contribute to Kellogg community?
9. GPA/GMAT a true reflection of your academic capabilities?
10. Question period: I asked about what does he think about PE vs. IB, and did he get what he wanted from Kellogg as a student.
McDonough 面经:

-question period: I asked her what she wants to do short/long term after MBA(since she didn't ask me that). She told me her goals and I shared mine with her afterwards.
