烦恼迷茫无措-读mba？

我本科专业是土木工程，毕业之后在fashion industry 工作近三年，是小公司，现在想继续深造，不知道是应该跳槽还是去读master还是MBA. 我目标是去较好的fashion industry 做产品development及营销。我有在英国工作读书经历，gpa 很低在2.6左右，英语不错，GMAT 还没准备。我看到论坛里的牛人都去Zara Dior 等集团工作，不知道我是否有希望去这等企业？请大家给我指教啊~

GPA is a problem...unless you have a very good excuse for it I don't suggest MBA.
besides working in a fashion industry, what exactly do you want to do is the most important question for you now (that means "in fashion" is a bad answer)

it's part of the solution, but not all.
Chance is always there, but depending on your overall package. If the rest of your package is rather strong school might overlook your GPA (a very strong GMAT will help and you have to provide good explanation on why GPA is so low)
You said you wanna do product development and marketing, in that case is MBA a must for that goal? I dunno if there are other programs that can help you with your goal, but I doubt a MBA will help (as part of your career of course, taking into consideration of your undergraduate studies, work exp and other things)

读了MBA,我个人觉得它可以帮我提升视野和加深对行业的认识，而且我以后的目标是想自己有自己的服装品牌。。。但是我想先去较好的企业去学习成长，而我的本科是土木工程，所以读了MBA之后我想我会有这个入门砖,进入我想进的企业可能机会会大些。。。这是我思考的。。不知道我这么想，对不对。。。我不知道有什么更好的方式。。。请指教啊。。。

楼主现在3年不到的fashion industry小公司的经验可能不够申请到top school的水平，我建议现在跳槽去大公司比如Dior, Zara工作2~3年，努力工作出成绩争取在brand management, leadership以及team management有所建树，这样的话你能有个更好的公司brand name和更有说服力的工作经验来申请top学校，而且工作时间越长对gpa也看得越轻，学校也越不会质疑你转行的目的性。同时在这1~2的时间里把GMAT刷到740+，到2年后开始申请mba的时候你的background应该有一定的竞争力了，S16非常有希望。如果你现在申请学校如果去不了top school的话就很难在美国找到marketing相关的工作，因为大部分美国CPG marketing是不招外国人的，但hich tech公司比如microsoft, dell, apple, cisco, amazon都非常喜欢招之前在著名CPG公司做marketing的同学，且少部分CPG公司的marketing招外国人比如General Mill和RB，实在不行的话回国也可以去J&J等大公司拿global pay.
