刚刚被case wl了，邮件如下：
While we are unable to offer you admission into the MSM Finance program at this time, the Admissions Committee would like to offer you a space on our waitlist for the 2015 entering class. Please send a short email indicating your preference of whether or not you wish to remain on the waitlist so that the Admissions Committee is aware once it starts reviewing waitlisted candidates.

这个邮件怎么写啊？是只要说I would like to remain on the waitlist 就行么？不是的话有模板么？邮件的标题呢？

Yes. Basically you just tell them so. Remember to thank them for their consideration. Be polite and be grateful. Good luck!
