这题我刚才问了一位大牛，现在懂了。说给你听听吧。。。can tend 是redundant的用法，因为can本身就有表示possibility的成分，再加个tend也有可能性的成分的词就会存在问题了。

如果是redundant，那应该就不用tend了啊
