这个题答案很明显是E，但是带有should的A,B,C选项OG解释为在recommend后should为redundant，此题中是这样的，因为A,B,C中第二个should使用都是错误的。但是在其他题目中recommend后如果出现带有should和没有should的选项，例如 The senater recommends that the government___close the shutdown before the end of the month. 横线处应该用should还是不用，作为在GMAT中的一个General rule。
求助各位大神解答

具休问题具体分析，只是理论上should可以省略不是必须省略。所以不能说recommend 后出现了should就错。

A Incoherent construction includes a run-on sentence;following recommended,should is redundant.

B Following recommended,should is redundant;three elements in the series are not parallel.

C Following recommended,should is redundant;the second and third elements are not parallel to the first.

manhattan语法书上，明确写出，require这类表示要求的词中，that一定不能省略，并且should一定不能出现在从句中。这对这道题，abc选项中，几个should的作用都是一样的，都不应出现，为了 parallel的原则，必须选择e。个人拙见
