答案是CCCCCC 窝觉的不对啊.....首先我也觉得要BUT，，，，，貌似C 确实好点,,,,,比E好,,,,,,但是我的问题是补出助动词不应该是have 啊,,,,,,,,,不是一般都补出 do does did,, is are 吗.....
HAVE 算实意动词,,,,应该改成DO 啊

句意重要。前面是“生活水平飙升”，后面是“失业率跟物价也飙升”，前者好，后者坏，中间用but很合适。

啊我觉得是因为有个so的关系，have soared的V就省略掉了。就是高中学的知识，He had···， so had I。但是你找的着是and连接了···
