曼哈顿p93 第六章 Modifiers 部分的problem set 第五题

原题
Mary buys cookies made with SugarFree, an artificial sweetener, which tastes as sweet as the corn syrup that her brother loves but where there are fewer calories than in an equivalent amount of corn syrup.

答案改为：
Mary buys cookies made with SugarFree, an artificial sweetener, which tastes as sweet as the corn syrup that her brother loves but which contains fewer calories than does an equivalent amount of corn syrup.

想请问这里的“SugarFree"是一个人吗？答案解析说which tastes as ... brother loves是正确的，用来修饰SugarFree，可是which不是不能修饰人的吗？且个人怎么觉得which tastes 那句应该是修饰饼干的……

求助，哪位前辈语法过硬能否帮忙解释一下，谢谢！

不硬，但来解答下，sugarfree，后面是个同位语an artificial sweetener，已经解释了sugarfree是个甜味剂，不是人...另外，which就近修饰最近的名词，按理来讲应该在修饰an artificial sweetener，但是修饰sweetener逻辑不通，所以是跳跃修饰Sugarfree；如果修饰cookies，逻辑也讲不通

其实还有一题关于撕烂的裙子的
答案已经改为了
Regina returned the dress, which was torn at one of the seams, to the store
可是这里的dress，并没有很清楚解释是哪一条dress啊，不是应该去掉逗号用that吗
