正确答案选的是B，我一开始对B里面的现在完成时的用法有疑问，因为以前在新东方上课的时候，语法老师说现在完成时如果出现，则句子里面必须要有明确的时间指示，不然不能用现在完成时。但是这道题里没有明确的时间指示要用现在完成时，答案解释里面又说：用一般过去时和用现在完成时问题都不大，为什么呢？

对于现在完成时在GMAT语法里面的用法一直很混乱，求大牛们给一个明确一点的解释~

时态绝对不是判断的唯一标准，有时态错误的句子里面肯定是有其他更加明显更加明确的错误的，除了过完之外，tense is the last thing you should thing of

至于时态问题，我认为这个句子也可以用过去完成时，因为vote统计发生在study estimate之前，并对study estimate的内容造成影响。
